Better late than never, Nike finally delivers its Dia de Muertos Dunk Low dubbed “Siempre Familia.”
Honoring Mexican culture, the low-top takes inspiration from the Mictlān and is dedicated to family. Textured and printed leather panels mimick iguana skin, a concept further depicted with yellow iguana graphics on the heels that act as a nod to the 8th and 9th levels of Mictlān. Additional Aztec-themed detailing adorns blue hits on the Swooshes, tongue, lining, and heel. A white midsole and icy translucent sole wrap up the style.
SNKRS app confirms that the “Siempre Familia” Dunk Low will release on Feb. 17 for $120.
