Country singer Sam Hunt’s wife Hannah Lee Fowler has filed for divorce and accused him of adultery. According to Entertainment Tonight, Hannah cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split and accused Sam of “inappropriate marital conduct” and being “guilty of adultery.” She also revealed her pregnancy, saying she is due in May.

Hannah lists the date of separation as February 18 in legal docs and, per TMZ, she’s asking for alimony, primary custody of their child, and child support. She’s also asking for “the parties be awarded their respective separate property.”

FYI, Sam and Hannah got married in 2018 after almost 10 years of on-again, off-again dating. Sam’s debut album Montevallo was named after her hometown in Alabama, and he told E! News, “I had never visited Montevallo, but right before I left to go to Nashville I met a girl from there. A lot of the experiences I had with her and the relationship I had with her, that inspired a lot of the songwriting on the album.”

Apparently, Sam considered to be something of a heartthrob among the country crowd and told Entertainment Tonight in 2018, “From the beginning I never wanted to sell that. My music…in a lot of the songs, the guy is trying to win over the affection of the female, so I think that created that character that I didn’t quite really plan on creating. So now that I’m married I sort of approach that dynamic a little differently than I used to….I don’t lay into it anymore….Now I just keep it about the music.”
