It’s really no secret that we’re big fans of online grocer and flavor purveyor Fly By Jing. These sauces, spice mixes, and pantry staples are inspired by founder Jing Jao’s hometown Chengdu in China’s Sichuan province, and they inspire us to cook more creatively at home. The brand’s first major hit was their signature Sichuan Chili Crisp, which quickly became one of our favorite condiments. But I’m here to tell you about their newest, most drool-worthy drop yet: Fly By Jing Dumplings.

More about my obsession with these savory, ready-to-eat morsels below. But first, some even more great news: Starting today through November 29, you can score these new dumplings and more tasty pantry staples for up to 25 percent off — with daily flash deals up to 30 percent off — during Fly By Jing’s Black Friday Sale. I’m not drooling… you are!

Launched earlier this month, these restaurant-quality frozen dumplings come in three mouthwatering flavors: Pork, Shrimp & Scallop, Pork XLB Soup Dumplings, and (my personal favorite after trying the full lineup) Pork, Shrimp & Mushroom. Like all of the brand’s ridiculously good pantry essentials, the flavors in FBJ’s new dumplings are rooted in Sichuan tradition, made in California with USDA-certified pork and umami-rich seafood, mushrooms, and aromatics. Designed for eating however or whenever you’d like, these dumplings can be pan-fried, boiled, steamed, or even tossed into your favorite broth. Savory and succulent, the dumplings can live in your freezer for a super-easy meal or snack literally whenever the mood strikes. I won’t lie, though: The mood always strikes.

After trying all the flavors in different preparations, I recommend pan-frying the pork and shrimp dumplings and dipping them in a tangy black vinegar as an appetizer (or a midnight snack)! They make for the perfect canvas for your favorite dipping sauce. The soup dumplings taste best steamed in a bamboo basket if you ask me, and then I like tossing them into whatever leftover broth I have from my Sunday soup or even a simple mushroom broth with fresh herbs. My dinner got an instant umami upgrade, and I was actually shooketh by how many of these delicious dumplings I was able to tear through in one sitting. I’ll be ordering these on repeat all winter long to make dinner prep much easier.

Ready in minutes straight from the freezer, these savory and succulent dumplings bring seriously better-than-restaurant quality flavors to the comfort of your own home. Score the whole lineup while they’re on sale during Fly By Jing’s Black Friday sale. This will be the tastiest purchase you make all week, guaranteed.
