They make for the perfect canvas for your favorite dipping sauce. The soup dumplings taste best steamed in a bamboo basket if you ask me, and then I like tossing them into whatever leftover broth I have from my Sunday soup or even a simple mushroom broth with fresh herbs. My dinner got an instant umami upgrade, and I was actually shooketh by how many of these delicious dumplings I was able to tear through in one sitting.
