I have vivid memories of 10-year-old me holding a waffle cone with scoops of ice cream or a brightly colored Popsicle after a long-yet-exhilarating beach day. I’d race against the warm sun to finish the scoops or the icy pop before they melted all over my hands. They were equally as fun and refreshing as they were messy. These days, I think beyond the nostalgia of those snacks when I’m shopping for frozen finds. I’m happy to report I’ve found several and they’re just as satisfying as the frozen items many of us grew up with. Here are the three I’ll be stocking in my freezer all summer long.
